Part Sorting Service
We sort out defective parts and inspect for quality. We visually and experimentally test large lots of parts to separate the good ones from those containing defects. We offer both automated and manual sorting services.
Sort criteria may include visual defects, mis-assembly or missing components, improper markings, non-reliable welds or connections and improper dimensions or geometries. Go / no-go decision criteria can be quantitative or qualitative. Results are reported in part specific and summary formats.
Results may also be used to settle disputes with your prime contractors and suppliers. Our inspection processes can be formally structured to provide impartial, unbiased and factual measurement data admissible in formal proceedings.
